The session consists of a 20 minute Hatha Yoga practice for posture awareness and flexibility of the spine and a 40 minute Yoga Nidra practice.

Aimed at students and teachers who wish to find a way to trigger the mechanisms for creativity and mental focus. The benefits and results of Yoga Nidra are broad, promoting self-healing of the body from its deep relaxation towards the inner hemisphere of the calm and stillness and from the visible to the invisible.

This practice is directed by Raquel Webb who develops Yoga Nidra sessions with different objectives and intentions. Yoga Nidra has evolved to understand the needs of people today being a deep relaxation technique, a meditation technique, a hypnosis technique and a self-therapy technique.

Raquel is a certified Yoga Alliance Hatha Yoga (EIY Spain) & Yoga Nidra (TYN England) teacher with an extensive curriculum of specializations such as Restorative Yoga, Yoga and Pregnancy, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Emotional Ecology for Children, among others. She has been linked to the world of Yoga since the year 2000. Although Raquel is actively withdrawn from Yoga, she continues her altruistic work by bringing Yoga closer to the community of Cadiz from her Heal with Yoga Programme. Raquel collaborates in schools, institutes and the general public at yogahousecadiz.es and escuelainternacionaldeyoga.com which she opened and directed for 6 years in Cadiz.
